Dark Falz Loser
The second Story EQ, Loser
Side note: "Loser" and "Luther" are spelled the same way in Japanese (ルーサー), and so when the translation group needed to come up with a translation for the name of both the villain and story boss, they decided to use both, hence Luther (the villain in the story) and Loser (the EQ)
This EQ is best for its Experience for all levels and rare goods at the end, while other gains aren't worth noting.
For this EQ, you will have a bar at the very top of your screen. If it does not reach 100%, you will still face Loser in Phase 2, however it will be a fake, will lesser rewards and experience.
Phase 1
(Weak Bullet mandatory, otherwise long fight)
The first phase involved taking down Loser's Apostles, Apos Dorios (Doritos) or Apos Dritzer. Depending on the face that gets rolled to in the beginning, his attacks may be aimed more at ranged classes or melee classes. These guys move fast, so be careful.
At 50% (when you're told the enemy is getting weaker), he will respawn into the center of the room, also spawning 4 columns in the corners. He is invulnerable to attacks at this moment, leaving you to attack the columns instead. Destroy them all to stun the Apostle, and it should be easy to finish him after.
If you do not destroy the columns, he will fly into the air, and red circles will start appearing on the ground. There is very little you can do other than try to dodge or block the attacks. If you have your mag, press and hold the trigger to gain invulnerability. If you're a Braver with Katana Combat and points into its Invulnerability, activate that. Otherwise, be prepared to die. If you survive, you may be the hero your MPA group needs.
Phase 2

(Weak Bullet and Mirage shot mandatory)
If you get to 100%, you will now face Loser himself. If not, you will face a Fake Loser, who's attacks are slower, health is lower, and drops aren't great. However, his attacks are still the same as the normal Loser. The Fake Loser will not have a crown on his head.
Loser isn't hard, nor is he fast (until about half health, or on SH+). However, some of his attacks just do lots of damage, which is what will kill you more than anything else, especially on Super Hard or Extra Hard.
For all difficulties below Super Hard, you will only worry about the clock itself. Any Ranger with Mirage and/or Weak Bullet will be super key here, as Mirage will open the clock to reveal his weak spot, and Weak Bullet will do what it does best: increases everyone's damage to it.
For Super and Extra Hard, you'll have to change this strategy. If you employ the same strategy and destroy the shielding of his clock in the beginning, he will spawn a shield in front of it, which cannot be taken down. If this happens, good luck to you. The proper way to handle this now is to first take out his arms. The shield can only be prevented by destroying his biceps. However, for it to be exposed, his forearms must first be destroyed (look for the wings). Destroy one after the other , then expose the clock with Mirage and Weak Bullet.
Most of Loser's attacks will have an indication as to where they're going to hit or land. One attack of his will bring out 4 swords and freeze anyone who isn't invulnerable. Like with being stunned on any other map, rapidly press your WASD keys to wiggle out of it, and break the swords before they activate. If they do activate, and you're caught in its quadrant, you will die. Sometimes, it will be 8 instead of 4, localizing its area of attack even more and giving you more to do as well.
Once his clock is open, however, just wail on it like you would any other weak spot. With Weak Bullet, he should die quickly and easily.
